MEET THE OWNERS
Brooklyn Building Center was established by the Kriegel family in 1977. In 1990, Phil Kriegel took over the business from his father and successfully grew and ran the business until February 2021. On March 1st 2021, Rick & Heather Maas purchased the business and changed the name to Brooklyn Lumber & Building Supply. Rick & Heather operate the lumber yard & hardware store and hope to continue to serve Brooklyn & the surrounding areas for many years to come. We have an amazing team working with us at Brooklyn Lumber & Building Supply.
Mary, our customer service expert, will help you with any of your needs inside the store. Mary has been with us for 30 years and knows where everything lives! Mary handles billing, receiving, ordering and many more important tasks. She is invaluable to the team.
Jesse, our yard manager, is a man of many talents! Not only can he help assist you with the forklift and loading your materials; but also is a knowledgeable resource for building project and lumber questions, an expert delivery driver and an all around great guy!
